Product Terms
All pieces are handmade by myself in my home studio. Inconsistency in texture, shape, colour and exact measurements is expected due to the natural nature of the clay and firing procedures. Pieces are handmade, therefore no two pieces are exactly the same or can be replicated, instead each piece is unique and one of a kind.
All vessels are able to hold water (unless stated otherwise in product description), however due to the semi porous nature of clay, slight natural ‘sweating’ or condensation may occur on the bottom of the piece if filled with water. Please take this into consideration when positioning your piece.
A number of my pieces are a matte finish and can easily scratch if exposed and handled incorrectly. Please keep oils and other contaminated liquids away from the surface. Water should also be avoided, but you are able to spot dab to clean with a dry cloth as it will dry away. I recommend using them as purely decorative items and handling with clean dry hands/a clean cloth.
Production Terms
For all custom and wholesale orders a 50% deposit is required. Once payment has been received on my end production time will begin.
For custom and wholesale orders, turn around time varies depending on production process. A rough time frame will be given upon enquiry. However generally, turnaround time is 4-6 weeks once ready to ship.
Shipping & Handling
Please note that packaging will take roughly 2-5 business days. This time must be accounted for on top of postage times. I make every effort to safely package your item/s while also being conscious of the materials being used. In some circumstances, materials may have been reused to minimise wastage. It’s encouraged to do the same with the packaging when your order arrives.
I am based locally in Brisbane, QLD, Australia. I also offer free pick up. Please bare in mind that if choosing pick up, your item/s may not be as thoroughly packaged as if it were to be posted.
All Postage & Packaging will be at the buyer's expense. For custom and wholesale orders, shipping prices will be given upon enquiry.
International orders may be subject to duties and fees, which will be at the buyers expense.
I am not responsible for any shipping delays and lost, stolen or damaged items in relation to the shipping carrier.
Payment Method
Payments are only accepted through bank transfer for custom and wholesale orders. Payment will be taken out via 'Stripe'.
Returns
Please select your order carefully as refunds will not be issued for change of mind, custom made or made to order products.
If your order arrives damaged please notify me within 7 days of delivery and I can arrange a replacement. No stock will be replaced under ‘damaged’ if not notified within those 7 days.
